Jaguars: Poz not making trip to Chicago

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The official home of the Jags fans is on the road and headed to Chicago for Thursday night's preseason game between the Bears and the Jags.

The big news is around Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny.  He will not be making the trip to Chicago.  He has a bicep contusion that is not considered serious.

This is the second preseason game for the Jags after starting the exhibition season at home Friday night with a 16-10 win over Tampa Bay.

Blake Bortles rookie debut was impressive and he try to follow that up with another good effort Thursday.

Head coach Gus Bradley's plan is for Bortles to play the second half while starting QB Chad Henne plays the entire first half.

The Action Sports team is scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 1:30 eastern time and will be at the team hotel when the Jags arrive.
