First Alert Weather: Hot Start to the Week

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Hot again today with temps this afternoon in the mid to upper 90s. The coast has cooled to the upper 80s thanks to the passing of the sea breeze. Tonight is mostly clear and dry with lows in the upper 60s and low to mid 70s.

Monday and Tuesday look to remain overall dry, with the exception of an isolated brief shower or storm. Highs are slightly cooler in the low to mid 90s.

Rain chances increase some Wednesday into Thursday. Friday looks cloudy with rain and storms before scattered activity continues through Saturday and Sunday. Highs during this tie will be in the mid to upper 80s.
