Partly cloudy and hot today with mainly inland showers and storms as moisture near the big bend continues to rotate northeastward into the local area.

The Atlantic sea breeze also makes a move inland later today, sparking off isolated storms near I-95 and HWY 301. Some of those may drift toward the beaches through the evening.

Scattered showers and storms return again Tuesday mainly inland as the weather pattern stays similar.

A low pressure area near the Outer Banks of North Carolina is moving away from land into the Atlantic. Tropical development is not expected as this moves AWAY from Florida.
