First Alert Weather: Tracking rain & storms + a Tuesday cold front

Showers plus a few thunderstorms will occur into early this evening as warm/humid air pushes northward with a warm front.  Rain will be briefly heavy in spots followed by an unseasonably warm and humid night.
Tuesday will begin partly cloudy with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 80s in the afternoon as a cold front approaches.  The front will help trigger scattered showers and possibly a thunderstorms followed by much cooler, less humid air for Wednesday.
