**No areas of concern across the Atlantic that would affect the U.S. or any other land areas during the last week of the hurricane season **

However, tropical storm Sebastien continues to accelerate moving from the Central into the North/Northeast Atlantic.  Sebastien is undergoing a transition to extra-tropical or perhaps even an o pen trough as the system speed to the northeast at more than 30 mph. Some heavy rain & gusty winds will impact the Azores into Monday as Sebastien loses whatever tropical characteristics remain.
