    Updated:

We will still be hot and mainly dry today with highs in the lower 90s around the metro. Lower to mid 90 degree high temperatures will extend from HWY 301 to I-75. There will be an isolated shower possible as the sea breeze advances inland. However, no significant rainfall is forecast for this week.

Highs will soar to the mid 90s by the end of the week as “feels like” temperatures cross the century mark. This coming weekend will continue to be HOT and humid with highs in the mid to upper 90s around the metro and upper 90s to near 100 well inland.

Our wildfire risk this week is “high.”
