Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officials said they have arrested a man accused in a 2016 double murder.
Police said Gerrod Wilson is charged in the murder of a man and woman killed in July 2016 in Dekle Avenue.
Demetrius Robinson, 21, and Jennie Hawley, 34, were found dead in a vacant lot, police said.
Investigators said the two were lying about 20 feet apart. Deputies believe they were the victims of a drive-by shooting.
Wilson's girlfriend Charity Coleman had previously been questioned about his whereabouts. She was also arrested and charged with accessory after the fact.
Along with murder charges, Wilson is also facing a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
