The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Traffic Homicide Unit is responding to a crash involving a JSO officer.
Both directions of West University Boulevard between Philips Highway and Cagle Road are closed.
JSO is expected to hold a briefing. Action News Jax has a crew at the scene.
