A driver was killed in a head-on crash with a dump truck in Jacksonville on Tuesday.
Officials said the driver, later identified by the Florida Highway Patrol as 32-year-old Rachel Claasen, was killed after her car crossed the center line on Normandy Boulevard near New World Avenue and hit the truck head on.

The company that owns the truck tells Action News Jax that the driver of the truck was taken to the hospital.
Troopers rerouted traffic on Normandy Boulevard as officials investigate. The road was closed for nearly four hours.
