The Florida Highway Patrol says Martha Faye Scott, 53, from Palatka was killed in a head-on crash Saturday night. According to a crash report, Scott was a passenger in a 1997 Honda Civic and was wearing her seatbelt.
Sean Lee Creamer, 38, was the driver of the 1997 Honda Civic and was in critical condition when first responders transported him to a hospital. Creamer was not wearing his seatbelt.

Delvis Tyrone Eason, 44, was the driver and sole passenger of the 2007 Toyota Camry the Honda hit while trying to pass an unknown vehicle in a no passing zone, according to an FHP crash report.
Eason was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. He was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the report.
The FHP report indicates alcohol was not involved in this crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a head-on crash in Putnam County on State Road 20 at 56th Ave was fatal.
FHP said there was one person confirmed deceased and two others transported to Shands Gainesville with serious injuries.
FHP said the roadway would be closed for a long period of time and for drivers to seek an alternate route.
