Two people were killed in a head-on crash in Keystone Heights on Friday night, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened on State Road 21 near County Road 315C, FHP Sgt. Dylan Bryan said.
The two people killed were found dead once FHP arrived on scene. Two other people involved in the crash had serious injuries and were taken to Orange Park Medical Center.
State Road 21 was completely blocked as of late Friday night.
