Jacksonville police looking for missing 74-year-old woman who may be with man, 37

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in finding 74-year-old Janice Walker Fulton.

Fulton may be traveling in a 2009 Blue Kia Optima displaying Florida tag EXQD32.

Police believe she may be with 37-year-old Phillip Jason Smith. Officers are trying to ascertain the safety of Fulton and Smith.

Action News Jax found an address listed for Fulton on Blackstone Court near Normandy Boulevard in Jacksonville Heights. Earlier Thursday night, a viewer sent us photos of police activity at a home on that same street.
