According to the police report, the girl "said she video-recorded the incident because no one has believed her allegations in the past."

She told police she did not want to record Hranek's most graphic touching attempts because she was embarrassed. Action News Jax crime and safety expert Ken Jefferson called the victim's efforts to record the incident "heroic."

"What stood out the most was the heroic efforts of this young lady," Jefferson said. "Often times, adults try to bury it or don't want to believe them."

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office online Inmate Information Search, Hranek is being held in the Duval County Jail on a $500,003 bond.
