Inmate charged with murder of Blind Rabbit employee Daniel Rowe

Jacksonville officers have charged an inmate in the murder of Blind Rabbit employee Daniel Rowe almost exactly a year after he was killed.

Rowe was shot and killed while taking out the trash at Blind Rabbit last July.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said they are still searching for one suspect in his death.

Inmate Erron Markese Coleman implicated himself in Rowe's death while talking to an inmate about another robbery, JSO said.

Coleman, 25, is a 12-time convicted felon who was jailed in November on burglary charges.

He was also a suspect in an armed robbery in March that happened three miles from Blind Rabbit.

He is charged with murder, armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Rowe's case.

JSO said tips from the community helped to solve this case. A $13,000 payout will be awarded to the person whose tip helped lead to the charges against Coleman.

Crime Stoppers said they will give $3,000 to anyone whose tip leads to the arrest of the second person in Rowe's death.

The year anniversary of Rowe's death was Friday.
