JSO: Naked, drugged man ransacks model home, pees in bathtub

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville man told police he was on a psychoactive drug when he ran around naked, ransacked a model home and peed in a bathtub, police said.

Officers were called to the Tamaya community on the Southside around 1:30 p.m. Monday after an employee said a man jumped a fence and went inside an unlocked model home.

Police said Cecil Warner, 25, took off all of his clothes and ransacked a pantry. Warner took fake boxes of food out to a bench in the street before entering another model home, all while naked, police said.

He peed in a bathtub and damaged property inside the second model home, according to police.

The officer that came to the home could see Warner, who was still nude, through a window. Warner locked himself in a bathroom but was eventually arrested when he came out, according to police.

Police said Warner was speaking quickly and appeared "hyperactive." Police said he told officers he was under the influence of more than 10 pills of MDMA.

He told police four names -- Cecil, Randolph, Chance and Three -- when they asked for identification.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office posted a picture of him on social media, and Facebook users identified him in less than an hour.

He was taken to UF Health Jacksonville.

Warner was charged with burglary of a dwelling without a weapon and exposing sexual organs.
