A man from Lake City was found dead in his car on Christmas morning and police are asking for help in finding the killer.
The Lake City Police Department responded at 5:30 a.m. to a report of a man shot in the front seat of a vehicle at 596 SE St. Johns Street.
Officers said they identified the man as Cory Montreiel Fluellen, 41, who had single gunshot wound to the chest.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement responded to investigate the crime scene, police said.
Officers said there are no known suspects to the shooting and are requesting the public’s help in identifying anyone involved with this crime.
