All lanes are blocked at I-295 northbound at Pulaski Road in Jacksonville after a reported crash on Thursday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said there are injuries in the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol is responding to the accident. All northbound lanes from Pulaski Road to Alta Drive are closed.
At least five cars were involved in the accident.
