Officers arrested a man accused of killing one person and injuring a second in a shooting at a Shell gas station on Sunday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released photos of a suspect and car on Sunday.
Lorenzo Alston, 23, was arrested on Wednesday after a Crime Stoppers tip led investigators to his identity.
GPS data from an ankle monitor confirmed Alston was at the Shell on North Main Street when the shooting happened.
Jessica Daniel, 25, died at the scene and a second person was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Alston is charged with murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm by convicted felon.
Neighbors say Daniel was a sweet woman who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
