Man said he has filed restraining order against accused Flagler County 'wedding crasher'

The man who said he was targeted by a woman he was not dating said he has taken legal action against her.

Shelby McDowell, 20, from Lake Butler is accused of crashing a wedding in Flagler County and is now facing battery charges.

She was arrested Saturday after police say she threw a drink on Darby Johns and punched the woman he was with.

Johns tells Action News Jax that he and McDowell are not together.

He said he filed a restraining order against her on Thursday.
