JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A flight arriving from Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Naval Air Station Jacksonville slid off the runway and into the St. Johns River around 9:40 p.m. Friday, according to NAS JAX.

NAS JAX told Action News Jax that the 143 people onboard the Florida Boeing 737 were a mixture of military personnel and civilians.
