Jacksonville police were called to a business in the Sans Souci area Monday before 11 p.m. regarding a shooting and robbery.
When JSO arrived at On the Rocks Liquor & More, 5741 University Boulevard, they found the store was robbed and the clerk inside was shot in the arm.
The victim was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition.
JSO said the suspect fled the store heading east on University Boulevard and is described as a 5 feet 8 inch tall male who weighs around 120 pounds.
The suspect was wearing a black hat, black shirt and red shorts and is considered armed and dangerous according to JSO.
