Officers said Jennings shot rocks at a bus full of kids from Wolfson High School out of a BB or pellet gun.
A witness saw Jennings and brought officers to his location.
Officers took Jennings into custody after he walked out of a home with the BB or pellet gun in his hand.
He told officers he was bored and had been shooting squirrels.

The bus driver fled the area after shots were fired and pulled over at 13th and Fairfax.
