JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Protesters are expected to be at three retailers around the city Tuesday accusing of the businesses of selling synthetic marijuana.
An Action News Jax Investigation previously showed how Smokers Video sells what they call an "air freshener," but many are buying it to get high.
Protesters are expected to be at all three of the Jacksonville locations, saying the stores haven't cleaned up their act.
Some doctors call the so-called K2 dangerous.

Under the Florida Criminal Punishment Code, possession of synthetic drugs is classified as a level three felony. Besides the legal consequences, the side effects can present themselves schizophrenia or psychosis. They can also be deadly.
According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Poison Control Centers received 3,572 calls about synthetic marijuana from January to May. The calls are up more than 200 percent from the same period in 2014.
