Delivery delays are causing headaches for many people in the Jacksonville area.
An Action News Jax viewer shared a photo Saturday of a long line outside of the UPS center on the northwest side of Jacksonville.
Customers we spoke to said they are worried they may not get their packages in time for the holidays.

“Half the people are coming out with no packages,” customer Ron Welker said.
We watched as frustrated customers stormed out of the UPS center empty-handed Saturday.
“People have been cheering if you get your package,” customer Daniel Bell said.
UPS expects to deliver about 750 million packages this holiday season
Just nine days before Christmas, many in the line worried they may not get their packages on time.
Bell said he waited five hours only to be told they couldn’t find his package.
“The contents are pretty expensive, and I don't want to have to rebuy them to get the present to the person,” he said.
While Action News Jax’s Christy Turner was talking with customers who were waiting in line, a UPS employee flagged her down and said off camera that this location is two months behind in processing packages. He said they are working as hard as they can to get those items delivered before the holidays.
“They can't tell me if my package is here or on the truck,” customer Shea Crocker said.
The same employee also shared a photo from inside the warehouse that shows packages stacked on top of each other.

Despite that, UPS said this location is not behind.
UPS sent a statement that said the company did have delays right after Black Friday weekend and Cyber Week, but they have returned to their original peak operating
“I'm frustrated,” Bell said.
Customers said they feel like they are getting the runaround, but UPS said they are doing their best to keep up with the heavy volume, something they attribute to an increase in online shopping.
