According to the federal document, Crosby recruited and solicited a minor in a commercial sex act between the time of August and Nov. 29. Crosby used the internet and a cellphone as a way to coerce and engage in prostitution and sexual activity, the document said.

Deputies said they spoke with the mother of the 16-year-old boy, who told them she witnessed Crosby having a "a sexual relationship" with her son at the park.

Crosby may have exposed the teen to HIV.  According to the Camden County Sheriff's Office jail log, Crosby has an HIV-infected person charge against him and might have exposed the teen to HIV.
