She told Action News Jax, “When I came out in the morning there were things tossed inside. Nothing was taken, but I’ve heard there are quite a few break-ins in the area.”

Patrolling officers on Wednesday arrested a teen who was wearing these blue gloves and rummaging through several unlocked cars.

“We have two cars. We have a garage, but we have our dogs. We have stuff in there. You don’t think that you have to do that your neighborhood. You hope you don’t have to,” explained resident Kim Stantial.

Residents said car break-ins are a constant problem in all nearby neighborhoods.
