JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Family members of a woman who was hit and killed while riding her bicycle on Beach Boulevard in March tell Action News Jax that an arrest has been made.
They say 21-year-old Amber Borden killed 34-year-old Summer Black.
According to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrest report, Borden was arrested Friday and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death.

- JSO said on March 24, Black was riding a bicycle eastbound on the 9800 block of Beach Boulevard, which is near Southside Boulevard.
- Black's family told Action News Jax she was bicycling home from a friend's house.
- Black's family offered an extra $2,000 in reward money to find out who killed her and then drove off
- JSO said shortly after the crash that it found the car involved in the fatal hit and run crash
