JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Emergency Operations Center in Duval County is reminding people to prepare ahead of Hurricane Matthew.
Officials said people should get to the stores in the next 48 hours, saying it’s essential to be prepared for the hurricane.

People who have medical needs need to make sure someone can pick up the medication if the storm keeps them from getting out of their home.
