Four people arrested in Putnam County business robberies

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — Four people have been arrested in connection with a burglary of a business in Palatka. The Putman County Sherriff’s Office crimes detectives arrested Joseph Cole, 29, Bradley Kyle Hutson, 22, Carol Sue Seuell, 30, and Pamela Kay Barnes, 30.

The business was burglarized July 1 and then again July 3.

Electric tools, electronics, machinery, motors, and other equipment were stolen, along with an undetermined amount of cash.

A large portion of the stolen property has been recovered in the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are possible.

Wise was booked into the Putnam County Jail on two counts burglary, two counts of larceny and two counts of dealing in stolen property.  He is currently being held on $60,000 bond.

Hutson was charged with one count burglary, one count larceny, one count of dealing in stolen property and four counts of the violation of probation.  He is being held without bond.

Suell is charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of larceny, one count of dealing in stolen property and one count of fraud by providing a false statement.  She is being held on $42,508 bond.

Barnes is charged one count of dealing in stolen property and one count of fraud by providing a false statement.  She was released on a bond of $17,000.
