Hurricane Franklin is expected to hit Mexico by early Thursday.
It is the first hurricane of the 2017 Atlantic season.
There will be no impacts for Jacksonville or any of the United States.

TALKING THE TROPICS: Franklin to hit Mexico well south of Texas
Franklin is moving west at approximately 12 miles per hour and is expected to continue in that general motion for the next day or so.
On the current forecast track, the center of Franklin is expected to cross the coast in the Mexican state of Veracruz Wednesday night or early Thursday.
A hurricane warning is in effect for a portion of the coast.
