De Feis talked to Sbarge as de Feis’s fiancé was driving them to Destin this afternoon. They were two hours from the Florida city. But that was after a very unnerving morning.

De Feis says they left Roswell at 6:30 a.m. They had been on the road a few hours when they got a call that Walton County, where Destin is located, was under a mandatory evacuation.

The couple turned around, and they were almost back home to Roswell when they got another call that Destin was in the clear and the evacuation was lifted.

De Feis says it was very stressful.

This was actually almost the second time their wedding got postponed.

They were scheduled to get married last year, but De Feis became pregnant.

They decided to postpone the wedding to this weekend.

Now baby, mom and dad are in Destin for their big day along with 75 guests.

De Feis says people are telling her if it rains on your wedding days it’s good luck, and if it is a monsoon, that must be really good luck.
