Jacksonville woman arrested for pulling pants down in public

A Jacksonville woman was arrested Saturday after police said she pulled her pants down in public.

Virginia Sullivan, 32, was charged with exposing her sexual organs.

According to the police report, officers observed Sullivan standing in the middle of E. Union St., yelling at another woman.

Police said Sullivan then pulled her pants down, exposing her private parts to everyone that was stopped at the traffic light and nearby store.

Sullivan then ran toward the woman and chased her into a store, according to police.

She was taken into custody.
