Khan has big plans for shipyards

Shad Khan is continuing with his plans for the shipyards downtown.

An architect in Orlando designed renderings for Khan, owner of the Jaguars, according to our media partner the Jacksonville Business Journal.

The plans include office, retail, residential and medical facilities.

There's even a ferris wheel and a practice facility on the riverfront.
