People in Jacksonville are rushing to grocery stores and gas stations to fill up on supplies before Hurricane Matthew.
The Jacksonville are is expected to get the worst of the storm Thursday night through Friday night.
Shelves at the Publix on Kernan and Beach boulevards were beginning to look sparse as early as Tuesday evening.
