Photos: Jacksonville police releases images of possible shooting suspect

Photos of a possible suspect in a Westside shooting that hurt one person have now been released, as the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office asks for your help identifying and locating the man.

We're also learning what apparently motivated the shooting at the Westside Pool Hall on 103rd Street on October 29th. JSO says the suspect tried to steal a woman's wallet in the business, but was confronted by a second person. JSO says the suspect shot that second person and left on foot.

The shooting victim was hit three times, but the injuries were not life threatening.

The incident report says a second man helped the suspect in the shooting, when he was being held down by the victim and the business manager. The report further says the suspect first made contact with the victim by asking her for a cigarette.
