The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is responding to a crash involving a school bus on Gate Parkway near Town Center Parkway.
The call reporting the crash came in around 3:30 p.m.
Thirteen students from Windy Hill Elementary School were on board, and none were injured, authorities said.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it sounds like the crash was a chain-reaction crash. A viewer sent Action News Jax a photo of the hood of a pickup truck that appeared to have gone under the school bus.
