Eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 in Jacksonville closed during the middle of the day Tuesday after a tanker truck flipped on the entrance ramp to I-295.
It was a hazmat situation with highly flammable liquid, according to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue.
According to FHP a tanker truck thought to have highly flammable liquid overturned at the ramp from I-295 from I-10 eastbound.
FHP later confirmed that the liquid is a type of detergent. HP said the taker was full and the company sent another truck to transfer the liquid.
The FHP said the driver, Mitchell Hargroder of Illinois, failed to make the turn onto I-295 south and overturned.
