Warmer Wednesday + higher humidity, storms to return by end of week

Jacksonville, Fl — The warming trend continues with a little higher humidity today. Action News Jax Meteorologist Garrett Bedenbaugh is tracking a dry, partly sunny afternoon with temperatures climbing to the mid-80s.

Garrett says the sea breeze starts to get active tomorrow and Friday. We’ll notice even higher humidity and a return of afternoon showers and thunderstorms at times. Thursday looks to be the warmest day of the week.

A cold front approaching by Saturday and Sunday will have impacts on Easter weekend. The position of the front will impact who sees the most rain. But the bottom line remains that there will be rain around for Saturday & Easter.

Rain and storms continue into next week before a cold front sweeps through.
