NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — A judge grants custody of a child and the remains of two bodies from a Nassau County crash to their father.
The father, Andrew Bird, was given custody of his daughter, Nina. Nina is still recovering in the hospital. His two sons, Nicholai and Nehemiah, died in the crash on Saturday.
Tonya Capallia-Eason, 33, was behind the wheel during the crash.
Friends say Capallia-Eason, was drinking before the deadly crash on Saturday, which has eight total children in the car.

Capallia-Eason appeared for court but didn't answer any questions asked by Action News Jax reporters.
