The "globe" is void of tropical activity.....

Weak low pressure will be developing off the Carolina coast.  This system could become a hybrid type low pressure with most of the heavy rain & gusty winds east of the low &, therefore, offshore.  The low will slowly move N/NE with little or no impact on Jacksonville.

2019 names..... "Andrea" was briefly upgraded in May.  Next on the list: "Barry" (names are picked at random... repeat every 6 years... historic storms are retired (Florence & Michael last year):
