Where is Hakeem Lyon?
At the end of Episode 5 of Season 2 of "Empire," Hakeem was snatched up by three men while in a park and thrown into a van.
Action News Jax had the opportunity to speak to Bryshere Gray, better known as Yazz the Greatest, who plays Hakeem on"Empire," at the Black Expo in Jacksonville.
As the episode plays out, Cookie is busy building Lyon Dynasty and Lucious, recently released from jail, are focused of their businesses. But Gray implied that the kidnapping would bring the Lyon family together.
“If you were a fan of 'Empire' from Day 1, you know if you mess with Lucious and Cookie Lyon’s kids, it’s going be a problem,” Gray said.
The sixth episode of "Empire" was pre-empted due to the World Series on Fox. Gray said the wait for"Empire" fans would be worth it.
“I know you guys have to wait, but we’re going to come back with a bang and it’s going to feed your hunger,” Gray said.
