WAUCHULA, Fla. — Update 3/27 5 p.m.: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has cancelled an Amber Alert for two children from Hardee County after they were found safe.
Original story: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an Amber Alert for a 7-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy from Hardee County.
Triniti Rodriguez, 7, and Tristin Rodriguez, 5, were last seen in the 600 block of County Road 665 in Wauchula.
Triniti was seen wearing blue emoji pajama pants with a peach mermaid shirt and Tristin was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue lettering and blue basketball shorts.
Triniti has a Mongolian birthmark on her shoulder and both children have a missing tooth.
The children may be in the company of 28-year-old Brian Rodriguez, who was last seen wearing a white shirt with dark colored basketball shorts. Brian has half sleeve tattoos on each arm and is missing a front tooth.
They may be traveling in a 2007 black Lincoln Navigator, Florida tag number LGHW24. If you see them, you are asked not to approach them, but to call law enforcement immediately.
