JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: Charles Sapp has been found and he is safe, according to the sheriff’s office.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a man they say is missing and endangered. 76-year-old Charles Edward Sapp was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, August 9th. JSO says he left his home on Old Middleburg Road South in a 2004 silver Toyota Corolla. They say his vehicle has no tag displayed, but the vehicle has pink lettering on the back window that spells “Fat Daddy.” JSO says Sapp has been medically diagnosed with dementia.
He is described as 6′0″, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and no hair. He was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
