Julius Thomas signs with Jacksonville Jaguars

DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars free agency spending spree is now reality.

Highly coveted tight end Julius Thomas signed his contract with the Jags at EverBank Field on Wednesday morning.

Thomas is joined at the Jags Headquarters by five other free agent acquisitions.  Defensive tackle Jared Odrick, right tackle Jermy Parnell, linebacker Dan Skuta, cornerback Davon House and safety Sergio Brown all are in Jacksonville to ink their new contracts with the Jags.

The wait and see game continues with Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray.  The latest national reports indicate the Jags and Cowboys are vying for Murray.  The 27-year-old led the NFL in rushing last season.
