Emails: Employees fired over complaints over lack of pay
A judge ruled in favor of Latitude 360’s landlord Monday to evict the business from its Pittsburgh-area location.
According to the lawsuit, Latitude 360, which is the last remaining location of the restaurant and entertainment complex in the U.S., hasn’t paid rent in months and owes multiple mechanics money.
Latitude 360 has 30 days to respond.
The judge’s order allows the landlord to seize the property and the equipment inside.
Attempts to reach Latitude 360 owners Monday were unsuccessful.
Latitude 360 Jacksonville closed in January 2016, and employees there claimed that their paychecks bounced. The State Attorney's Office is investigating.
