JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: Woman killed in hit-and-run in Jacksonville Heights
All of 103rd St near Valdura Avenue is shut down due to a traffic accident with injuries, says the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
It is not yet clear when the road will reopen.
