Jaguar Concrete sits just off State Road 16 west in Green Cove Springs.
It was there, police say, that a person broke in and stole around $120,000 this week.
“That's just crazy out here in Green Cove to hear that, because that's a lot of money,” said neighbor Brandon McKinney.
According to police, the thief forced open two drawers in a desk where the money was sitting in envelopes.
“To come up stolen like that, it definitely had to be someone who knew where it was,” said McKinney.
Deputies say part of the desk was taken as well.
Deputies say they searched the area and looked in garbage cans for the missing pieces or any other evidence, but didn't find it.
The company says it will be offering a $2,500 reward for any information that could lead to an arrest in the theft.
