A $4.3 million judgment was entered Wednesday against Latitude 360 and its CEO because of an unpaid Swiss loan.
Latitude 360 CEO Brent Brown did not show up for Wednesday’s hearing.
Court documents show that Brown’s attorneys quit last month because he cannot pay them.

John Tucker, who is representing Swiss lender Karl Wadsack, said it’s going to be difficult for his client to recover the money that the company owes.
“Well, the issue is going to be, what assets does Mr. Brown have or the company have that are not already subject to liens? And we’re just going to have to look and see what we can find,” Tucker said.
Brown has not responded to Action News Jax’s questions about Wednesday’s hearing.
