None — LITTLETON, Co.-- David Hines, E. Hoke Smith and Luis Bonilla's names were written on a wall of remembrance in Littleton, along with several others.
The men were killed in a tragic helicopter crash in December 2011 in St. Johns County. They were on a routine transplant run when the machine went down.
Hines' daughters attended the honoring and sent us several pictures. The Air Medical Memorial is the only national memorial recognizing all air medical losses...and the only memorial dedicated to recognizing the sacrifice of more than 350 air medical crew members.
