Grocery store chain ALDI is continuing its entry into the Jacksonville area and is holding job fairs at two of its Northeast Florida locations this month.
A job fair will be held at the ALDI at 9041 Southside Boulevard in Jacksonville on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and another job fair will be held at the ALDI location at 1773 U.S. 1 in St. Augustine on Sunday, June 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

ALDI is looking for store associates and manager trainees. Store associates can make $12 per hour, according to a news release, and manager trainees can make $49,920 per year, or $22 per hour working an average of 40 hours per week.
Manager Trainees have the opportunity to earn $75,000 to $85,000 per year as a store manager.

ALDI is looking for the following of potential manager trainee and store associate candidates:
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday - Sunday
• Retail experience preferred
• Management experience preferred for manager trainees
• Drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
ALDI staff members who work an average of more than 25 hours a week are eligible for health and dental benefits and all employees can participate in the 401(k) program.
